The hotel is located in the upmarket part of Santiago, offering a great view of the Andes from the rooms. The rooms are large, bright, clean, and come with very comfortable beds. However, the restroom may need improvement. The service staff are courteous and helpful, although they seemed cold at check-in. The location is awesome, close to transportation and key attractions like the Gran Torre Santiago. The dining experience is wonderful with a varied selection. Facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel offers stunning views of the City or the mountain areas from the double rooms, although they are in serious need of an update. The rooms are clean and provide good facilities, except for the restroom which appears outdated, resembling a design from the '70s and in need of renovation.
